Welcome to DeliverTrack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DeliverTrack web application and services (the "Service") operated by ECONOVA CONSULTING PTE LIMITED ("DeliverTrack", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Fiji.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To use DeliverTrack, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
DeliverTrack is a time tracking application that allows users to track working hours, manage projects, generate timesheets, and create reports. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service product accessible via web browser.
DeliverTrack offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged by Paddle for the billing plan you selected.
Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by our payment processor.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax or VAT compliance on our behalf.
By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other methods supported by Paddle in your region.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation methods made available by Paddle or by contacting us at support@delivertrack.me.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period unless your cancellation takes effect immediately under Paddle's flow or applicable law. After that, your account may revert to a limited state and you will no longer have access to paid features.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into DeliverTrack, including project information, time entries, and reports. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days unless we are required to retain it longer for legal or operational reasons.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The DeliverTrack Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by DeliverTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliverTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
