Refund Policy

ECONOVA CONSULTING PTE LIMITED (trading as DeliverTrack) offers DeliverTrack on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how trial conversions are handled.

1. First Payment Refund Window

You may request a refund review within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge.

This review window applies only to the first paid subscription charge on a new account, whether monthly or annual. It does not apply to later renewals unless required by law or approved by us as an exception.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@delivertrack.me with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.

3. Free Trial and Trial Conversion

DeliverTrack offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends.

By starting a trial, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the renewal date. The free trial itself is not a paid transaction and is not refundable.

If a customer allows the trial to expire and the first subscription payment is successfully charged, that payment is generally non-refundable. We may still consider refunds in cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional circumstances, and we will always honor refunds where required by law.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

After the applicable refund review window, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the first paid subscription charge unless a longer period is required by law. After that period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access for the remainder of your prepaid year.

6. Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, issue refunds outside the above rules in cases of:

  • extended service outages caused by us
  • billing errors or duplicate charges
  • exceptional circumstances

Each exception is reviewed case by case.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund.

To avoid being charged after a free trial, you must cancel before the trial renewal date shown at checkout and in your Paddle emails.

8. Payment Processor

All payments and approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for DeliverTrack. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
