Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Yes. DeliverTrack uses a card-required trial through Paddle. You are not charged at signup, but your payment method is stored so the subscription can begin automatically when the 14-day trial ends unless you cancel first.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Paddle will automatically charge the payment method on file and your subscription will continue on the billing plan you selected.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch billing frequency at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does seat pricing work?
Solo is for one user. Team and Business are billed per seat, so the subscription quantity should match the number of people who need access to shared workspaces. View-only collaborator pricing can be added later if you want a lower-cost reviewer role.
Which plan should a team choose?
Choose Team when multiple people need shared workspaces, invite links, role-based access, member rates, and team reports. Choose Business when you need several workspaces, stronger reporting workflows, onboarding help, or priority support.
How does the refund policy work?
If you're not happy with DeliverTrack within 14 days of your first paid invoice, email us and we'll review your request under our refund policy. Trial conversions that were not canceled before renewal are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or approved at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for details.
Who processes my payment?
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and local sales tax or VAT compliance on our behalf.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing support. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after billing starts, access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. You can export all your data as CSV or PDF at any time. Your data remains yours.
